Job Description:

Replacement of a 50 year old 8" pipeline with new 12" pipe on existing ROW.

Conditions:

Extreme rock and shale and cold temperatures.

Pipe Protection:

1/4" x 44" x 50 foot rolls of custom extruded flexible, heavy duty, PVC.

Shipped:

26 truckloads @ 375 rolls per truck

Innovative Pipeliners:

Following the lowering-in-cradle, crews rolled out the Tuff-N-Nuff along the pipe and spiral-taped in place 50 feet at a time in less than 1 minute.
