6/16/2008: TNN Runs Through Big Sandy Area in Kentucky

Tuff-N-Nuff rockshield was installed on significant portion of a large diameter pipeline project in Eastern Kentucky. Crews cut their way through 68 miles of the Big Sandy region of Kentucky to install a 20” pipeline. The 67” x 30’ custom sized rolls of Tuff-N-Nuff were supplied through, UPSCO Inc of Moravia NY. The custom sized rolls were manufactured for the contractor for no-extra charge at the Tuff-N-Nuff factory in St.Louis Missouri. The rolls were delivered directly to the jobsite staging areas along the ROW and installed with no cutting or wasted material, saving the contractor significant labor and material charges.
